Stoke City coach Mark O'Connor is setting his sights on the Potters finishing in the top half of the Premier League next season.
Tony Pulis' side finished an impressive 12th place in their first season in the top flight for 23 years.
O'Connor told BBC Radio Stoke: "If we can keep improving our quality there is no reason why we can't go onto become an Everton or someone like that."
Stoke players will report back for pre-season training Thursday 9 July.
Pulis' side will play a pre-season friendly game at home to Spanish side Real Valladolid on Friday 7 August.
