McInnes and Milne enjoyed a good October

St Johnstone boss Derek McInnes has won the Irn Bru Phenomenal First Division manager of the month award for October.

McInnes guided Saints to the top of the league following four wins in a row in October over Dunfermline, Partick Thistle, Livingston and Airdrie United.

And striker Steven Milne picks up the player prize for his contribution to the Perth side's fine run of form.

Milne's four goals in the four games, including a double against Airdrie, helped Saints' ascent to the summit.
