Southend's Luke Prosser says play-offs are still on
Prosser signed for Southend last summer
Southend United defender Luke Prosser believes the Blues can still secure a League Two play-off place.
The Essex side have slipped to 13th place in the table, after a run of five matches without a win.
However, Prosser, who has recently been recalled to the team because of an injury crisis, told BBC Essex the play-offs are still within reach.
"We've looked at the fixtures and we know it's possible. We've gone on a run before so we know it's achievable."
Southend have 10 matches left of their League Two campaign, including upcoming games against strugglers Hereford United and Stockport County.
The former Tottenham Hotspur youth academy player, 22, added; "Every team in this league is beatable.
"We just need to get that bit of luck in front of goal again and, hopefully with the games coming thick and fast, we'll get some points on the board and push up to seventh spot."
