Southend United manager Steve Tilson is confident his side can reverse their poor run of form.
Saturday's 1-0 defeat at home to Yeovil leaves the Shrimpers lying 17th in League One having picked up just four points from their last eight games.
Tilson told BBC Radio Essex: "With injuries and suspensions you can't ever get a settled side.
"But there were enough positives there to know we're certainly good enough to be middle of the table."
Southend will attempt to pick up their first win since Boxing Day on Tuesday when they travel to Elland Road to meet Leeds United.
