Colchester United manager Paul Lambert has been named as League One's manager of the month for January.
The U's picked up three wins and two draws from their five league fixtures during the month.
Saturday's 2-0 win at Carlisle left the Essex side in 11th place, seven points behind the play-off spots.
The other managers shortlisted for the award were Bristol Rovers' Paul Trollope, Leicester's Nigel Pearson and Scunthorpe's Nigel Adkins.
