Southend United have signed West Ham reserve midfielder Junior Stanislas on a six-week loan.
Stanislas, 19, has yet to play for the Hammers first team, but has represented England at under-19 level.
The left-winger will be available for inclusion in the Blues' squad for Saturday's FA Cup second round tie with Luton Town at Roots Hall.
The teenager is the club's second loan signing this week, following the arrival of Salisbury's Liam Feeney.
