Shrewsbury Town boss Paul Simpson has warned his team they face missing out on promotion from League Two if their poor away form continues.
Simpson admitted his players face a long week working hard on the training ground after Saturday's 1-0 defeat by relegation-threatened Bournemouth.
"They're going to have to come in and get themselves going again ready for two really good home games," he said.
"There's a weakness there which can't be accepted," he told BBC Shropshire.
Shrewsbury have only won one away game all season, coming at Exeter in August and Simpson confessed it was not good enough.
Town next face Chesterfield and Chester at the Prostar Stadium.
Simpson warned his players that they are playing for their futures at the club with many out of contract at the end of the season.
"As time goes on the personnel will have to change and that's something we've got to look at.
"It's not going to happen over night," he said.
