Shrewsbury Town manager Paul Simpson insists his side need to put their 3-1 defeat against Brentford behind them as they take on Accrington on Tuesday.
Shrewsbury were 3-0 down by half-time on Saturday after a first-half hat-trick by Jordan Rhodes.
Grant Holt's consolation could not stop Town slipping to ninth in League Two.
Simpson told BBC Radio Shropshire: "We have got to get it out of our system. We've got to get back to work and back on it again."
"We've been beaten fair and square, I've got no complaints the fact that we've lost the game," he added.
Shrewsbury go into the game six points off the automatic promotion places and 10 points behind league leaders Wycombe.
But victory will take them back into the League Two play-off zone in what has become a tight battle to go up.
