Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws will hold talks over his future at the next meeting of the club's board.
There is growing speculation that Nottingham Forest could be lining up a move for Laws who is in the final year of his contract at Hillsborough.
Laws told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I think everybody's put two and two together as I'm a former Forest player.
"Everybody knows my situation here, and I know the board are trying to look at this in the next meeting."
