Scunthorpe United's teenage striker Matt Godden has signed a new two-year contract with the Championship club.
The Iron youth product's existing deal was due to expire this summer but he is now tied to Glanford Park until 2013.
The 19-year-old's first team debut came in September as a substitute in the 5-2 League Cup defeat by Manchester United.
He has yet to start a league game for the club, but has made five substitute appearances in the Championship so far this season.
The Iron have the option of extending a further year on Godden, who has previously enjoyed loan spells with non-league neighbours Brigg and Ilkeston.
