Scunthorpe striker Billy Sharp has been named as League One's player of the year at the Football League awards. But Sharp, who has scored 24 goals this season, insisted that he was focused on helping the Iron win promotion.
"We are 10 points clear with 10 games to go, so we will be gutted if we lose it now," Sharp said.
"No-one tipped us at the start of the season, but we always had the belief. Everyone has ambitions, and I want to play at as high a level as I can."
Meanwhile, Huddersfield's Joe Skarz was chosen as the League One apprentice of the year.
Other League One clubs winning awards were Brighton (community club of the year) and Brentford (best club sponsorship), while Northampton's Chris Doig won the Good Sport award.
