Prolific Milton Keynes Dons striker Izale McLeod was named as League Two's player of the year at the Football League awards on Sunday. McLeod, 22, is the division's leading scorer this season with 18 league goals plus three cup strikes from 31 first-team appearances.
Also at the awards ceremony, Rochdale's Joe Thompson was named as League Two apprentice of the year.
And Bury's Stan McGowen was chosen as the League's fan of the year.
