Rushden and Diamonds in-form winger Lee Tomlin believes he is playing the best football of his career.
The 20-year-old has scored three times this season and inspired his team to come from behind three times to beat Grays Athletic 5-4 on Saturday.
Tomlin told BBC Radio Northampton: "I am in the best form for my career, but most of all the gaffer is behind me.
"It's not a one man show here, the team are the ones that give me the ball and then I try to set people up."
Tomlin admits though that his long-term future may not be at Nene Park.
He said: "As a midfielder you look to get 10 to 15 goals in a season, and then possibly get that big move."
