Rotherham United chairman Tony Stewart has confirmed that a club from the Premier League has expressed serious interest in striker Reuben Reid.
The 20-year-old, who scored 19 goals last season, has also been the subject of a £100,000 bid from MK Dons.
"We've had a chairman from the Premier League side involved and that seems to me to be a little bit serious," Stewart told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"It was an enquiry to see how much we'd want. We told them and now we'll see."
