Judge returns to Argyle on loan

Judge scored two goals in 17 games for Plymouth last term

Blackburn Rovers midfielder Alan Judge has returned to Championship club Plymouth Argyle on a season-long loan.

The Republic of Ireland Under-21 man played 17 times for Argyle towards the end of last season and will now spend 2009/10 at Home Park.

The 20-year-old made his debut for Rovers in a Carling Cup match against Grimsby in 2008 after first signing for the club earlier that year.

During his spell on loan at Plymouth, Judge scored two goals.

Judge has seven caps for the Republic of Ireland Under-21 team, scoring one goal.
