Plymouth boss Paul Sturrock cannot believe his side have got just one point in their last two league games.
Steve MacLean's goal secured a 1-1 draw at home to QPR on Saturday after Tuesday's 1-0 loss to Birmingham City.
"To come out with only one point is unbelievable with the amount of territory, crosses and attempts we've had," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"There's a bit of edginess around the goals at the moment, [the players are]trying to snatch at things."
Sturrock praised MacLean after he came off the bench to get the equaliser.
It was only McLean's fifth goal since joining Argyle for a then club-record 500,000 in January.
"I feel that Steve MacLean is being picked on slightly," said Sturrock.
"Yes, he hasn't set the heather alight as far as scoring goals is concerned.
"But since he's come back in the squad again and back in the team, and around the team, his standards have been excellent."
