Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has praised the efforts of striker Rory Fallon ahead of Saturday's crucial Championship match with Charlton.
"Rory's come in and did the things I really wanted him to do," he told BBC Radio Devon.
But Sturrock also says his striker must continue to play well.
"I think he's appreciated now that there's things in his game that he has to do well to stay in the team. What he's done so far means nothing."
Sturrock added: "It's what he does on Saturday, if selected, that matters."
