Wilder's Oxford won the Blue Square Premier play-off final in May

Oxford boss Chris Wilder believes there will be no major changes in personnel at the club in the near future.

Only three of his current squad were at the Kassam Stadium when he arrived in December 2008.

He told BBC Oxford: "We've had quite a lot of changes in the last 18 months, but now I can see it settling down a little bit."

Earlier this month, Wilder signed a new contract to keep him at the League Two club for another three years.

"The short-term goal was to get out of the Conference and we had to do that by hook or by crook," Wilder added.

"We're building something and it's good to see the players develop. I don't think we're a selling club.

"We are trying to play constructive football and sometimes results go for you, sometimes they don't, but people can see we are on the right tracks.

"Unless someone comes in offering ridiculous money I can see players like Simon Heslop, Asa Hall, Harry Worley, Jake Wright, Alfie Potter, Sam Deering, Tom Craddock and James Constable being part of a team for two or three years and I would love to able build that and add to it and create.

"They'll get better and it bodes well for the future."
