Oxford United booked their place in the third round of the FA Trophy with a 1-0 win over Blue Square South side Woking.
Matt Green's first-half goal, his seventh strike of the season, was enough to earn Oxford a third round trip to Chelmsford.
Green scored the decisive goal on 15 minutes, latching onto an accurate through ball from Rhys Day.
Woking pushed for an equaliser late on and were denied when Asward Thomas headed straight at Ryan Clarke.
At the other end Oxford's 18-goal top scorer James Constable was twice denied by impressive Woking keeper Ross Warner.
