Oxford United goalkeeper Ryan Clarke has vowed to put a costly mistake against Tamworth behind him.

Clarke was at fault for the only goal against the Lambs at the Kassam Stadium which ended Oxford's unbeaten home record this season.

"I'm disappointed with myself but things like that happen and it is about how you react," Clarke told BBC Oxford.

"I've been in this position before. It's about getting on with the next game and putting it right."

U's manager Chris Wilder says Clarke will be in the starting 11 for Oxford in their FA Trophy tie at home to Woking on Tuesday.

Wilder said: "He isn't the first keeper to make a mistake and he has been great for us.

"He has been punished in that game and he has to recover from that and show the mental toughness I expect."
