Oxford United boss Chris Wilder has played down speculation linking Lewis Haldane with a return to the club.
The 24-year-old winger spent last season on loan at the Kassam Stadium, playing 43 league games, but returned to Bristol Rovers in the summer.
"We had Lewis last year and he did very well for us," Wilder told BBC Oxford.
"We have moved on from that, the players that we have got in we are delighted with, and hopefully they will be the ones to take us forward."
Haldane is currently on the transfer list, along with Andy Williams and Sean Rigg at the Memorial Stadium.
