Farrell joined Oxford after Ricky Sappleton returned to Leicester
On-loan striker Craig Farrell has said is keen to prove he is worth a regular starting place at Oxford United after limited opportunities at York City.
The 26-year-old came off the bench to score in United's last game against Barrow and he is keen to show what he is capable of over 90 minutes.
"The situation I have been in over the last few months has been frustrating," he told BBC Oxford.
"I enjoy playing and every moment on the pitch is valuable."
Farrell has also backed United to make the end of season play-offs despite a points deduction for fielding an ineligible player.
"There are lots of games left, the way we are going it is definitely possible to get there," he said.
