Oldham have signed Reading left-back Scott Golbourne on a one-month loan.
The 20-year-old will give the Latics more options in defence following their 5-0 defeat at Hereford on Saturday.
"I'm excited about the move and I'm looking forward to getting some games under my belt," the England Under-19 international told the club website.
"I'm a southern boy and it is a challenge coming up here, but it will be something different and I am very much looking forward to my time here."
