Reading have completed the signing of Bristol City defender Scott Golbourne for an undisclosed fee. The 17-year-old, who has played 16 games for City, passed a medical on Monday and agreed personal terms.
City chairman Steve Lansdown told the City website: "It was felt the offer was not only a good one but also one we had to make Scott aware of."
Golbourne said: "This is out of the blue but I am really excited. Reading are flying in the championship."
