Former Notts County Supporters Trust chairman Stuart Rolley has been suspended from his current position on the board for four months.

The Trust says Rolley was suspended because of "conduct detrimental to the interests of the society".

Rolley pointed to five recent board-member resignations, including those of Steve Thompson and Keri Usherwood.

"Their departures will lead fans to the conclusion that the Trust has changed direction," he said.

Former Magpies chairman Thompson resigned this month, saying: "The Trust is no longer acting in the best interest of its members and I wish to distance myself from its failure to perform its duties."
