Notts County manager Ian McParland says he will not quit despite calls from some fans for him to leave the club.
The Magpies suffered a 2-0 defeat at Chester on Saturday after being reduced to 10 men.
McParland told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I'll get on with it until anybody tells me different.
"As long as I'm here, I'll be fighting - I'll always be a fighter and supporters who remember me playing will know that."

The Scot added: "That's what supporters and media people are like but they've got a right to because we haven't been winning matches."
Notts are 16th in League Two with 21 points and have lost four out of their last six matches.
