Chester 2-0 Notts County

Kevin Roberts' second-half goal secured the points for Chester as they eased to victory over 10-man Notts County.

Ryan Lowe put the home side ahead on 11 minutes when he tapped in from close range after Kevin Ellison's cross.

County keeper Russell Hoult did well to keep the score down but early in the second half, Roberts shot home from the edge of the area.

County were restricted to long-range shots and Jamie Forrester's red card for dissent compounded their misery.
