Nottingham Forest defender Luke Chambers says a more intense training regime has helped the Reds return to winning ways.
Forest have won three and drawn one of their four matches under new manager Billy Davies.
Chambers told BBC Radio Nottingham: "The new gaffer's come in and instilled a different approach to us.
"We know that we can go anywhere and not fear anybody and we know we've got the chance to beat anyone."
Chambers said: "We've dragged a lot of teams in [the relegation battle] - all we can do is concentrate on ourselves.
"We've done tremendously through January and everyone's happy at the minute."
Forest face Cardiff away in the Championship on Saturday.
