Norwich City midfielder Andrew Surman says he is relieved to put his injury problems behind him.
The 24-year-old has suffered two separate knee injuries since arriving from Wolves in the summer, limiting him to nine appearances all season.
"It's been frustrating as anything. I've never really had any long term injuries," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"These things happen in football but I'm glad to be back with a quarter of the season left."
The former Southampton man played four times at the start of the season before being forced onto the sidelines for three months.

A comeback in November lasted just two games, but he has appeared as a substitute in the Canaries' last three outings.
"This is the worst it's been, the longest I had before was five weeks at Southampton about five years ago," added Surman.
"It's great to be back in the team and with the position we're in, it's great to be back into a successful side."
