Norwich City's Michael Nelson praised by Grant Holt

Goal hero Grant Holt was full of praise for defender Michael Nelson after Norwich City's last-minute win against Scunthorpe on Saturday.
Nelson had blocked an effort from Iron forward Jonathan Forte moments before striker Holt's last-gasp strike.
Holt, 29, told BBC Radio Norfolk: "He doesn't know when to quit and he's got a great block on the ball and that's how games are won and lost.
"That is what he is like, he doesn't give up."
Holt, who made it three goals in two games with his header at the weekend, extended the plaudits to the whole of the City defence.
"I think sometimes the fullbacks aren't getting the credit for how hard it is to play in that position," he said.
"I'm pleased for the back four, they've got their clean sheet now and that'll fill them with confidence.
"I thought John Ruddy was absolutely fantastic in goal, he took things under pressure and cooled the game down and made some great saves."
Holt paid tribute to Scunthorpe, a side many have regarded as likely to view Championship survival as an achievement this season.
"It was a tough game, there's not many teams this year that'll come here and get a win," he added.
"We knew Scunthorpe were a tough side, it's not easy to come here, they work hard and get in your face and they've got some decent players."
But above all the Canaries sharp shooter, with 30 goals in last season's promotion-winning campaign, was pleased to see his side get off the mark.
"It's important to the club, you don't want it going on too long, you saw last year at Ipswich how long it took them to get a win, it hindered them, and we've got it now," he said.
