Gunn has learnt from Norwich's reliance on loanees last season

Norwich City manager Bryan Gunn has said he is impressed with the way his new signings have gelled with the existing squad.

Gunn, who was appointed full-time boss this summer, has signed Matt Gill, Owain Tudur Jones, Michael Nelson and Michael Theoklitos this summer.

He told BBC Radio Norfolk: "The lads have shown a real appetite for everything that's been put on so far.

"They've taken to pre-season training well too."

He added: "Some even have even earned themselves a nickname in the dressing room already.

"They've come in and got on with all the other players and staff here."

Norwich City's first pre-season friendly is this Saturday away to Dartford.
