Tudur Jones made his Wales debut against Luxembourg in March 2008
Wales international midfielder Owain Tudur Jones has signed a three-year deal to join Norwich City.
The 24-year-old was out of contract at Swansea City, but as the Swans had an option for another year on his deal, they could command a fee.
Neither club will confirm how much Jones cost, but it is understood to be in the region of £250,000.
Tudur Jones, who spent two months on loan at Swindon Town last season, was with Swansea for four years.
The 6ft 4ins player becomes Norwich's second summer signing after midfielder Matthew Gill as the Canaries prepare for life in League One.
Tudur Jones, who joined Swansea from Welsh Premier League side Bangor City for £10,000 in 2005, made fewer than 50 appearances for Swansea in four injury-ravaged years at the Liberty Stadium.
At one point the Welshman went to the United States to receive treatment by knee specialist Dr Richard Steadman to cure a career-threatening injury.
