Stuart Gray's men have managed just one point from their last three matches
Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray insists his side can drag themselves clear of relegation trouble in League One despite losing at Peterborough.
Saturday's 1-0 defeat leaves the Cobblers two places and three points above the drop zone with 11 games left.
"Of course we can fight our way out of it, because we have to. What we can't do is feel sorry for ourselves," he told BBC Radio Northampton.
"It's in our own hands. We have games in hand over some teams," he added.
"But we've got to get back into the winning habit.
"Next Saturday [at home to Stockport], we'll have Adebayo Akinfenwa back from suspension and hopefully one or two loan signings to strengthen us as well."
