Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray has urged his strikers to sharpen up in front of goal.
The Cobblers boss has seen his side find the net eight times in as many League One matches and insisted that ratio needs to improve.
"You can talk about what our strikers are doing positively for the team," Gray told BBC Radio Northampton.
"But they are judged on goals scored, and it's just not happening for them at the moment."
Gray was reacting to Saturday's 1-1 home draw with Leyton Orient, which left Northampton in 14th place in the table.
Liam Davis opened the scoring for the Cobblers after just two minutes but the visitors equalised shortly before half-time.
