Lincoln City have signed ex-Southend striker Scott Spencer until the end of the season, and extended the loan of Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte.
Southend cancelled Spencer's deal on Friday. The 22-year-old started his career at Everton but never made a first team appearance.
Hoyte, 20, has had his loan deal extended until the end of the season.
He has made 11 appearances for the Imps this season, having originally arrived on a month-long loan deal in October.
Meanwhile, the Imps have released defender Moses Swaibu, 21, by mutual consent.
