Lincoln City manager Chris Sutton faces injury crisis

On-loan Chris Herd is sidelined with a groin injury

Lincoln manager Chris Sutton is facing a major injury crisis with three key players facing time out of the team.

Centre-backs Adam Watts and Nathan Baker picked up injuries during Tuesday's match at Hereford while Chris Herd was sidelined for that game.

Sutton told BBC Lincolnshire: "We have got to try and cope with it and get on with things.

"It looks like we don't have the depth so hopefully we can get them back quickly," he added.

The Imps now only have two fit centre-halves, Moses Swaibu and Danny Hone, available for selection, after Janos Kovacs was allowed to join Luton Town last month.

City are facing a hectic schedule in February with eight games in 25 days.
