Lincoln happy with ticket sales

Lincoln City

Lincoln City say they have been encouraged by early season ticket sales at Sincil Bank this summer.

The club has hit the 1,500 mark despite a disappointing campaign in League Two last season.

Chief executive Dave Roberts told BBC Radio Lincolnshire: "It's been brisk. We've been pleasantly surprised.

"We've been matching the numbers of last year and the year before. There seems to be a real buzz now and expectation for the season again."
