Delph is a product of the Leeds United youth academy
Leeds midfielder Fabian Delph has vowed to keep improving after receiving rave reviews for his performances.
The 19-year-old, who was crowned the Football League's young player of the year on Sunday, has drawn the attention of several Premier League clubs.
But he told the BBC: "I've got to stay focused and keep pushing on.
"I've got a lot to learn in every part of my game and hopefully if we get into the Championship I can play regularly there and improve from there."
Delph made just a handful of appearances for Leeds last season but has been a virtual ever-present under Simon Grayson and the youngster thanked the club's previous managerial team.
"Gary McAllister came in and it all kicked off after that," Delph said.
"He saw a lot of potential in me and I had countless meetings with him and Steve Staunton about how to improve my game, he stuck me in and I've done okay.
"I think I had a good first half of the season. I think I should have done a lot better than I have done if I'm honest - more goals, more consistency."
With several Premier League clubs thought to be monitoring Delph's progress, the midfielder said that he ignored the speculation and just wanted to concentrate on his game.
"Anything that's in the paper and people tell me about it just goes in one ear and out the other."
