Kidderminster Harriers have signed out-of-contract Stalybridge Celtic captain Keith Briggs on a two-year deal.
The 28-year-old former Stockport midfielder, who can also play at right-back, played under Harriers boss Steve Burr at Stalybridge.
Burr told the club website: "He was a fantastic player for me and a fantastic skipper, and he will be a big part of things for us in the new season.
"I am really looking forward to working with him once again."
