Kidderminster Harriers have signed England C international defender Lee Vaughan from AFC Telford.
The 23-year-old right-back joins on a two-year deal after agreeing terms with Steve Burr's side.
Vaughan spent four years with Telford, helping them win promotion to the Blue Square North in 2007.
He becomes Harriers' second signing in two days, following the return of 27-year-old goalkeeper Danny Lewis from Redditch United.
Burr told the club's website: "Lee is a player I have looked at for a number of years and I am surprised he has yet to move back up into the Football League to be honest.
"I know that one or two clubs were interested in him but as soon as I spoke to him about coming to Kidderminster he had made his mind up.
"He is someone who loves to get forward and join in the attack but he is also a solid defender and that has always impressed me, he is a good, all-round athlete," Burr added.
