Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates says he will work on communication skills this week between his back four and goalkeeper.
Harriers gave away a late goal at Histon to draw 1-1 on Saturday.
And Yates told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "I thought my defenders dealt with everything all game.
"But we lost the ball near their area and one long hopeful ball later and a mix-up between my centre-half and keeper, the ball's in the net."
He added: "That's disappointing, we need to work on our communication.
"Dean Coleman was superb, he commanded his area, but ultimately a mix-up has cost us two points.
"We had a couple of chances we didn't take and barring their goal I thought it was a good away performance."
