Trewick has seen his side draw four times in the league this season
Hereford United manager John Trewick is trying to bring in new players to boost his struggling squad.
A 1-0 defeat by Grimsby on Saturday left the Bulls second from bottom in League Two and still without a win.
Trewick knows a quick improvement is needed and is now looking outside the club for reinforcements.
He told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "I've spoken to certainly two, the third one didn't quite materialise but I'm looking, I've got to."
Trewick added: "The players who are in the squad at the moment are working hard, however they are not getting the results that are required and it's my job to change that.
"And if I need to get more players in then that's what I'll have to do.
"I think a lot of players have had a lot of chances to get results on the board for us and for one reason and another it hasn't happened.
"I know what I have to do, it's doing it that's the hard thing.
