Magilton has yet to pick the same side for successive games this season
Ipswich Town manager Jim Magilton says he will continue to rotate his squad despite criticism after Saturday's goalless draw at Sheffield Wednesday.
Magilton has not fielded an unchanged side this season.
"I will pick whatever team I see fit and then you [the media] can make any judgement you want to," he told BBC Radio Suffolk.
"It's not about my best 11 it is about the players I think can go out and win a game."
The Ipswich boss also said: "I think the lads all realise that they are all going to play a part this year.
"They know that with the number of games we have there are going to be injuries and suspensions.
"They have to be ready and when they get an opportunity they've got to take it."
Magilton will be forced into making at least one change to his side for Wednesday's Carling Cup tie at home to Wigan Athletic because new striker Jon Stead is cup-tied .
Either Kevin Lisbie or Pablo Counago, who have both been on the bench recently, look set to come in.
Defender Alex Bruce will also be hoping to feature against the Premier League side who are managed by his father Steve.
