Huddersfield Town have announced that Paul Stephenson has been made first team coach at the Galpharm.
Stephenson, 42, has stepped into the void left by the departure of Derek Fazackerley to Leicester City.
The former Newcastle United and Hartlepool midfielder has been at the club as development coach since 2009.
Terriers boss Lee Clark told the club website: "In the time that Paul has been with us he has done fantastically well - he is popular with everyone."
