Defender Andy Holdsworth is to leave Huddersfield Town when his contract expires in June after failing to reach an agreement on a new deal.
The 25-year-old came through the club's academy and has made 261 appearances.
Terriers boss Lee Clark told the club's website: "We could not reach a deal with him and now he will move on.
"I want to get my squad in place as soon as possible and having gone back and forth with Andy for a while, I have had to take this decision."
