Ipswich Town have accepted an offer from League One side Huddersfield Town for midfielder Gary Roberts.
The 24-year-old, who has played 61 games in two years, was one of five players transfer listed by manager Jim Magilton at the end of last season.
""We have had an offer from Huddersfield for Gary that we have accepted," Ipswich manager Jim Magilton told the club's official website.
"The player is now clear to speak to them and we will see what happens."
Roberts joined Town from Accrington Stanley, where he scored 13 goals to help them clinch the Conference title in 2005/06.
He ended last season on loan at Crewe but has impressed during Ipswich's pre-season programme.
