Histon have made former Brentford defender Lanre Oyebanjo their second summer signing on a short-term deal.

The versatile 18-year-old, released by the Bees this summer, has spent pre-season with the Stutes and will provide cover for right-back Craig Pope.

"We want to have a look at him in the Conference and see whether he is capable of stepping up," boss Steve Fallon told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.

"Everything he's done so far has shown that he is."
