Hereford United manager John Trewick says his team are not safe from relegation after the 5-0 defeat by Notts County on Saturday.
The Bulls are still 11 points clear of second-bottom Grimsby.
But Trewick told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "We clearly need more points at this stage to make ourselves comfortable, we have to accept that.
"There is a game on Tuesday against a team below us [Cheltenham]. We have to go there and hopefully get a result."
He added: "You always set targets but you can't look too far ahead.

"You have to look at the next game and see who you are playing, what you have to do, and go out and win it."
