Hayes & Yeading have been awarded the three Blue Square Premier points from their abandoned game with Gateshead, although the Tynesiders are appealing.
Gateshead have been charged by the Football Conference for "failing to fulfil a fixture" following the abandonment on Saturday, 5 September.
Their players allegedly failed to come back out to play after a long delay following Martin Brittain's leg-break.
The second hearing is due to take place next week.
Both sides were on seven points in the Blue Square Premier table after nine games prior to the ruling, which would leave the Middlesex side on 10 points and move them up to 16th.
