Gateshead's game with Hayes & Yeading was abandoned in the second half after midfielder Martin Brittain had to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
The 24-year-old suffered a suspected broken leg after 75 minutes and the game was suspended for around half an hour while he received treatment.
The two sides had been playing out a 0-0 draw before the game was abandoned.
Gateshead's Christopher Ascherl was sent off after the break for an unfair challenge on Scott P Fitzgerald.
